These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 5bnw ("5bnw," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at 5bnw.app and any associated applications or interfaces.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 5bnw, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Personal Use Only: You are registering and using the 5bnw platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise.

5bnw explicitly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any individual found to have created an account in circumvention of the age requirement will have their account permanently terminated, their deposits refunded (net of any administrative costs), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 5bnw platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering for a 5bnw account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, 5bnw requires players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or upon request by the compliance team. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed. 5bnw processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 5bnw wallet immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• 5bnw does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification for the requesting account.
• Standard withdrawal processing to GCash and PayMaya typically occurs within 5 to 20 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 5bnw account holder.
• 5bnw reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5bnw offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specific criteria stated in the offer. Some bonuses are available to new registrants only; others are restricted to players at specific VIP tiers.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. • One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a 5bnw account at any given time unless the specific offer explicitly permits stacking.

5bnw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

All games available on the 5bnw platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, King of Fishing, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page.

5bnw is committed to fair play. All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate over a statistically significant number of rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bnw platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using a third party's personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, software errors, or unintended game mechanics to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in skill-based or competitive game formats.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering, or attempting to use the 5bnw platform to launder proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 5bnw staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Any other conduct that 5bnw reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

5bnw takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides all players with the following tools and safeguards, accessible through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when they have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be enabled to display the total time and amount wagered during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and a permanent ban. 5bnw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account with or without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requires suspension or termination of the account.
• The player's account is flagged in connection with suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• 5bnw's compliance review process identifies risk indicators requiring investigation.

In the event of account termination for a breach of these Terms, 5bnw is not obligated to return any funds held in the account where those funds are reasonably believed to be connected to the breach. Where no breach has been established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account and withdraw their remaining balance may contact the 5bnw support team at any time. All withdrawal requests submitted at the point of voluntary account closure will be processed in the normal course.

All content on the 5bnw platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, brand names, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bnw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

By using the 5bnw platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 5bnw content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 5bnw software.
• Use any 5bnw trademark, logo, or brand identifier in connection with any other product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bnw and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from technical failures or force majeure events outside 5bnw's reasonable control.
• Disruptions to the platform caused by internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Actions taken by 5bnw in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension for suspected breaches.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 5bnw's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

5bnw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where consented to, marketing communications. 5bnw does not sell personal data to third parties.

Player data is protected using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and robust access controls for stored data. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process:

2. Escalation to PAGCOR: If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to the satisfaction of the player, and the complaint relates to a matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
3. Judicial Proceedings: Any dispute not resolved through the above processes may be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines.

5bnw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 5bnw will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via email or in-platform notification to all affected account holders.

Your continued use of the 5bnw platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
